We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and ensure the safety, functionality, and satisfaction of our communities. This role blends people leadership, administrative coordination, and hands‑on technical expertise. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and mentor the maintenance team, manage budgets, ensure resident satisfaction, and perform complex maintenance tasks as needed.

• Oversee all property maintenance activities, ensuring work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Manage, train, and develop the maintenance team to ensure technical proficiency, safety compliance, and excellent resident service.
