Exterior Building Cleaner

Valid Driver's License required.

Morning shifts that typically start anytime between 4 am and 6 am, weekends required.

• Clean exterior of building using blower, pressure washer and other equipment.
• Remove trash from exterior trash bins.
• Clean truck courts using blower and pressure washer.
• Clean trash and debris accumulated in exterior areas of the building.
• Other exterior cleaning duties as assigned.

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floor.
• Spot clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Deliver messages.
• Transport small equipment or tools.
• Set up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditorium or hall.
• The role may require iOS or Android capability on a personal cell phone to use quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours.
• Other duties may be assigned.
