• Travel to assigned facilities to complete the responsibilities. Assigned facilities change on a daily basis.
• Ensure all trash & recycling (if required) are emptied nightly.
• Ensure dusting schedule is adhered to.
  • Monday's - high level surfaces
  • Tuesday's - low level surfaces
  • Wednesday's - mid-level surfaces & blinds
  • Thursday's - high level surfaces
  • Friday's - low level surfaces
• Ensure all entrances, lobbies & common areas are fully cleaned.
• Ensure all restrooms are fully cleaned.
• Ensure all exam rooms (if applicable) are fully cleaned.
• Ensure all kitchens/kitchenettes are fully cleaned.
• Ensure all paper towels, toilet tissue, soap & other miscellaneous consumable products used in restrooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, etc. are refilled.
• Ensure vacuuming schedule is adhered to, including weekly edge-to-edge vacuuming.
• Ensure all required doors are shut, locked and secured.
• Ensure all hot points are completed and double checked.
• Specific job duties as assigned.
• Maintain janitorial closet organization.
• Manage chemical supply inventories.
• Follow up with KB office after job is complete with any notes and/or information.
