• Maintain overall appearance & cleanliness of facility after hours
• Empty all trash & recycling (if required) nightly
• Complete all dusting as per the dusting schedule
• Clean all entrances, lobbies & common areas nightly
• Clean all restrooms nightly
• Clean exam rooms nightly
• Clean all kitchens/kitchenettes nightly
• Refill all necessary consumable products nightly
• Complete vacuuming as per the vacuuming schedule nightly
• Maintain janitorial closet organization
• Emergency assistance as needed

• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Physically perform work exerting up to 20 pounds of force
• Walk significant distances
• Stand for long periods of times

• Prior janitorial service recommended
