- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems
- Identify mechanical and electrical concerns using proper diagnostic procedures
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while meeting dealership quality standards
- Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify concerns are resolved
- Work closely with advisors and teammates to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow
- Stay current on new technology and repair procedures through ongoing training
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
- Associates degree in Automotive preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Competitive Pay:
Commission-based with a guaranteed 40 flag hours/week and uncapped earning potential — $60,000+ annually based on experience. - Work Schedule:
