Part-Time Grounds & Sanitation Porter – Daytime - Truck

What You’ll Do

Each service day, you’ll help maintain apartment communities by keeping common areas, disposal areas, and outdoor spaces clean and well cared for. You will work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming.
• Compact and organize trash using company‑provided equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty common‑area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.

• Pay Rate: $19 per hour.
• Consistent Daytime

  Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 1 PM, for a total of 29 hours per week.

• You must personally own either (1) an open‑bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; vehicles without an open bed or trailer (including SUVs, sedans, and vans) do not qualify.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance for the vehicle being used.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs.
• Operate a manual tamper to compact trash safely.
• Work around trash, recycling, and waste.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
