Job SummaryConduct repairs to Goodwill properties, respond to facility maintenance requests and ensure repairs and maintenance actions are conducted in a safe, timely manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other minor repairs at Goodwill properties
- Respond to trouble calls at Goodwill properties
- Safely operate all maintenance equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines, agency safety policies and procedures, and occupational safety procedures
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain maintenance work orders
- Notify Maintenance Supervisor when inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies needs ordered
- Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
- Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well‑being of employees, customers, and participants
- Other duties as assigned
- Personally participate in ongoing professional growth, education and development
- Working relationship with supervisor and co‑workers

Education and/or Experience- Two (2) years maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must maintain valid driver’s license and be insurable
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety guidelines
- Work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary
- Proper operation and routine maintenance/repair of equipment

Lifting 70 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds
