Custodian | Mon
- Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Milo Bail Student Center, University of Nebraska at Omaha

• Clean and monitor event spaces, offices, entryways, lounges, dining spaces, and hallways/stairwells.
• Clean and restock restrooms on a daily basis.
• Set up event spaces with tables, chairs, staging, technology, and other event equipment.
• Daily cleaning duties: vacuum, dust, empty trash, and perform other cleaning tasks in assigned areas.
• Clean and organize equipment used; put away equipment after each usage.
• Assist in event oversight when events are taking place in the building.
• Enforce building policies and provide customer service to clients in the building.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Requires the ability to understand and follow instructions and to perform medium to heavy physical labor; ability to work effectively on a team and independently; ability to interact courteously with a variety of people. Criminal background check and drug screen required for successful candidate.
• Required Experience:
  
  Similar to above; ability to work in a custodial setting and follow instructions.
