Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
This on-site role requires regular attendance, involvement with grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas, prompt response to work orders, and participation in on-call emergency coverage.
