Maintenance Manager

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering for a high-volume fulfillment or sort center. In this role, you will own equipment uptime, safety, and long-term reliability by developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and leading a multi-disciplinary maintenance team. You will analyze data and KPIs to reduce downtime, optimize spare parts, and drive continuous improvement.

Partnering closely with operations, safety, and engineering, you will support new equipment launches, capital projects, and process changes in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment where ownership and innovation are encouraged.
