Reports to: Director of Facilities
- Maintain desired appearance inside and outside the parish buildings, including morning assessemnts of service areas and room temperatures
- Maintain safe parking lots, sidewalks and doorways
- Comply with approved preventive maintenance protocols
- Assist with snow and ice removal as assigned
- Perform general maintenance duties assigned including painting, patching, minor plumbing
- Report safety concerns to the Director of Facilities
- Support both Mary Our Queen and St, John Vianney parishes as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Earn Safe Environment Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be self-starter and strong team member
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic chemicals and appropriate safety precautions related to them
- Possess basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical services
- Ability to life over fifty (50) pounds on a regular basis
- Serve as a dedicated team member
- Demonstrate safe body mechanics in completing assignments
