Maintenance Worker | Full-Time

What You'll Do
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems.
  • Prepare apartments and resident rooms for new move-ins.
  • Complete work orders promptly while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
  • Assist with building inspections, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, equipment, and community grounds as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
  • Assist residents with transportation, appointments, or special projects when needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in building maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related trade preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Friendly, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
