Omaha, NE Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (Occasional Weekends as Needed)

The Autism Center of Nebraska (ACN) is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Administrator to support our mission of enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving ACN-owned and operated facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and coordination with outside contractors.

• Perform general building maintenance and repair projects across multiple ACN locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues involving basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general facility systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure facilities remain safe and operational.
• Coordinate and communicate with specialized contractors and service providers when needed.
• Monitor facility conditions and identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work and projects.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related emergencies.
• Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Travel between ACN worksites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in general home repair, maintenance, or a related trade.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
