Automation Controls Technician Temp/Part-time (non Benefits Eligible)

Essential FunctionsPerform installation, operation and maintenance of the Energy Management & Controls System ( EMCS ) for the purpose of monitoring and controlling the environmental conditions inbuildings on campus. This position requires good working knowledge of HVAC systems and control devises and the ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. This position shouldunderstand control theory and how it applies to building HVACsystems.
Work ScheduleVarious shifts, up to 20 hours a week
Required Qualifications1 year experience in the installation, diagnostics and repairs of automated controls for HVAC systems. Previous HVAC / EMCS controls experience at UNO .
