• Maintain a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors, ensuring members see a safe and clean environment.
• Work on your feet for an entire shift in physically demanding environments.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, and methods using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them correctly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.
• Perform safety tasks such as safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel‑standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates, performing maintenance as necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude to provide members with a great first and last impression.
