Environmental Services - Housekeeper

Overview

Housekeeper - Full-Time: 80 hours per two week pay period;
Typical shift times are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Housekeeper Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services department at Eagle Crest North. This role is responsible for maintaining clean resident apartments and common areas such as restrooms, offices, kitchen and dining areas.

• Clean resident apartments according to Eagle Crest Communities standards
• Perform a wide variety of tasks to keep the building clean, sanitary and in excellent condition
• Cleaning duties include: mopping, dusting, vacuuming and more
• Assist in the turnover of empty apartments
• Assist with housekeeping duties in other Eagle Crest Communities locations in Holmen and La Crosse to cover projects, time off, and vacancies

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of quality and cleanliness while working efficiently
• Provide great customer service, and work well independently as well as on a team
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus, but not required; we will train the right fit for our team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Starting rate is $17.00 - $18.50+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• We pay for high performance and will review your wage at 100 days
