Position Summary: The Bunkhouse Cleaner will clean, restock, and?maintain?bunkhouse rooms?and public areas?in accordance with?all cleaning procedures, standards, safety, security?rules?and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.?? Key Responsibilities:

• Receives a?list?of assigned rooms from manager and prioritizes rooms needing early cleaning?

• Checks the inventory of?cleaning?closets?and restocks any necessary supplies?

• Removes?soiled linens and blankets from each assigned room

• Wipes surfaces in?room, such as windowsills, beds, and storage containers

• Vacuums?and mops floors

• Ensures room meets company standards with a final walk around

• Notifies?maintenance?department of needed maintenance or repairs?

• Report any missing/found articles,?damage?or merchandise problems to manager?

• Performs other related duties as assigned?

Qualifications: Required:

• Detail-oriented and thorough?

• Ability to perform consistent work to the?highest of?standards

• Reliability and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices

Preferred:

• Sufficient education and literacy are needed to?identify?and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs

• Ability to communicate in basic English preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged?periods?standing and walking and?frequently?pulling, pushing, and bending

• Must be able to?lift up?to?20?pounds at times?

• Willingness to work a rotation seven-day work cycle
