If you’re the kind of accounting professional who loves owning the month-end close, tightening up processes, and actually partnering with clients instead of just cranking out reports… this could be your lane.

This established Chicago-based CPA firm has built a strong reputation for client service, technical excellence, and long-term relationships. Their growing CAAS (Client Accounting & Advisory Services) team works closely with entrepreneurial and middle-market clients, helping them turn financial data into meaningful business insight. And yes — the role offers true remote flexibility while still being connected to a collaborative, high-performing team.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and client leadership
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and execution

  • 4+ years of recent public accounting, tax, review, or audit experience
  • OR 4+ years as an accountant handling audits, financial reporting, and moderate‑to‑complex month‑end closings
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
