Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Atlanta area for occasional in-person meetings and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and experience managing complex financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
