AP & AR Analyst

Overview of the role:

• Process AR and AP
• Prepare payments to vendors
• Utilize Workday to process invoices and various expense reports
• Assist with process improvements and streamlining
• Post accounts receivables data on daily basis
• Perform various accounting duties including ad hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or associates degree is preferred not required
• 3+ years of previous relevant work experience
• Process improvement mindset
• CPG, manufacturing industry preferred
• Shared service center experience is a plus
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, attention to detail, problem solving
• Proficient knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable concepts and practices
• Experience using SAP or large ERP System

Compensation range: $60,000-$75,000 + 10% bonus
