Accounting Manager - North Atlanta, Work from home

LHH Atlanta is partnering with a fast-growing organization to find an Accounting Manager/Senior Accounting Manager

• Lead the month-end close process across multiple entities
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial schedules
• Support consolidations and multi‑entity financial reporting
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Support international accounting activity, including foreign subsidiaries and foreign currency matters
• Assist with acquisition accounting, integration, and post‑close reporting
• Manage, train, and develop members of the accounting team
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, controls, and reporting timelines
• Support variance analysis, financial statement review, and audit requests
• Jump into ad hoc projects tied to growth, systems, and accounting operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong background in month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Multi‑entity, consolidations, or intercompany experience strongly preferred
• International accounting or foreign currency experience preferred
• Prior experience managing or mentoring staff preferred
• M&A or acquisition integration accounting experience a plus

• Base salary up to $150,000 plus bonus
