The Company was established in 1982 and offers accounting, tax preparation, tax planning and tax controversy services to their clients. • Prepare Individual and Business Income Tax Returns
• Prepare Bank reconciliations (Quick Books & Manually)
• Prepare Quarterly Payroll Reports
• Prepare Year-end related accounting entries
• Data entry related to bookkeeping into accounting software
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation
• Tax Oriented
• Client Contact
• Ability to manage and work with strict deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly detail-oriented

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance (related field preferred)
• 1-5 years of experience in public accounting
• Proficiency in Lacerte, Quick Books, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and confident
• Strong work ethics
