A bit about us:

We are a growing boutique public accounting and business advisory firm located in Chicago's North Shore, serving privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals throughout the Midwest and across the country.

Our team takes a highly collaborative approach to client service, bringing together professionals across tax, accounting, and advisory disciplines to provide customized solutions that help clients achieve both their immediate financial objectives and long-term business goals. Rather than operating in silos, our professionals work together to deliver a comprehensive, relationship-driven client experience.

Our firm is known for handling sophisticated tax engagements while maintaining the personalized service and accessibility of a boutique practice. We value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development, providing our team with opportunities to work closely with leadership, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the firm's ongoing growth.

If you're looking for a firm where you'll have a voice, take ownership of your work, mentor others, and make a tangible impact on both clients and the organization, you'll find a rewarding career here.

Why join us?

Join a growing firm with approximately 50 employees and 15% year-over-year growth.
Work directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and real estate investors.
Be part of a collaborative culture where teams work together rather than in silos.
Gain exposure to complex tax planning, consulting, and advisory work—not just compliance.
Clear opportunity to lead staff, mentor junior accountants, and influence firm initiatives.
Flexible hybrid work environment with the ability to work from home when needed while maintaining a collaborative office culture.
Enjoy meaningful client relationships where you become a trusted advisor instead of simply preparing returns.
Long employee tenure (approximately 5 years on average) reflects a stable, supportive workplace with strong employee retention.
