Senior Audit Associate – Financial Services

• Run client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, engagement staffing, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and administrative functions
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns and assess staff performance for engagement reviews
• Maintain strong client relationships and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services
• Collaborate with audit teams to identify and resolve client issues
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software
• Engage with client management to collect information, resolve audit-related problems, and recommend business and process improvements
• Lead, develop industry insight, and grow client relationships within Financial Services audit engagements

• 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience
• Experience auditing Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech clients
• Organization, social, technical, accounting, and auditing skills
• Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision
• Ability to multitask across concurrent engagements
• Ability to research technical matters before manager review
• Must meet the education requirement for CPA certification in the aligned home office state
• CPA license in the aligned state is advantageous
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• Ability to travel to various client sites
• Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
