You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead complex engagements, and collaborate with firm leadership to drive growth and innovation. - Review and approve complex tax returns for construction industry clients
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
- Lead tax research and planning initiatives
- Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients
- Supervise and mentor tax team members
- Collaborate with audit teams on large client engagements
- CPA license required
- 8+ years in public accounting with increasing responsibility
- Experiencerepresentingclients before tax authorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Pro Systemfx) preferred
- Bachelor’s in Accounting(Master’s in Taxationpreferred)
