We are a growing CPA firm providing personalized tax and advisory services to a diverse client base. Our collaborative environment gives experienced professionals the autonomy to manage client relationships, develop teams, and remain technically engaged while maintaining flexibility outside tax season.

• $110,000-$140,000 base salary, plus bonus and profit sharing
• Hybrid schedule with work-from-home flexibility

• Additional flex time outside tax season

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns
• Manage a client portfolio, including advisory, communication, and billing responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop staff accountants and senior associates
• Research technical tax matters and provide clear, practical recommendations
• Active CPA with 5+ years of tax experience in a small to midsized public accounting firm required
