Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

- Manage month-end close activities for assigned real estate assets
- Oversee property accounting processes and financial reporting
- Prepare and review CAM reconciliations and real estate expense reconciliations
- Partner with management and accounting teams to improve workflows and controls
- Support portfolio growth initiatives and evolving accounting needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Property accounting experience within the real estate industry
- Strong month-end close experience
- Advanced Excel skills
$75K-$100K
