Key Responsibilities

Manage the Accounts Payable process as a Staff Accountant, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
Serve as the Staff Accountant responsible for administering the credit card platform, including expense report review, user setup, and card management.
Prepare journal entries and support financial reporting activities as a Staff Accountant.
Maintain strong attention to detail across recurring accounting activities and financial processes.
Partner with the broader finance team to support day-to-day accounting functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Approximately 1 year of accounting experience, or relevant accounting internship experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required for success as a Staff Accountant.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience with ERP systems is helpful;
Sage Intacct experience is a plus but not required.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career as a Staff Accountant.
