Office Manager
About This JobThis role seeks an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual who will be working flexible hours to support the overall functionality of the office. A natural multitasker, they excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Objectives of this Role- Serve as the in-office front desk presence, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Support the day-to-day functionality and organization of the office
- Serve as the in-office front desk presence while managing visitor logs and mail / package distribution
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Coordinate office supply inventory and partner with vendors to address maintenance and service needs
- Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with company events, including after-hours support as needed
- Support new hire onboarding, employee experience initiatives, and expense tracking in partnership with HR and Finance
- 1+ year of experience in an office environment (Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, punctual, dependable, and comfortable interacting with employees, leadership, clients, and vendors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience managing multiple calendars or involvement in campus/community leadership is a plus
- 15 days but highly flexible
- All major holidays
- Full day off on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving
- 12/23 - 1/2 Fully off
