Stage Interiors is a residential interior design studio seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to support our team with client communication and general administrative tasks. This is a remote position with flexible hours and opportunity for additional hours and growth over time. We are a creative and collaborative team looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and excited to support a growing design studio.

Compensation

and Schedule
  • $25 per hour
  • Approximately 10 hours per week to start
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible schedule, but must check communications daily (Monday through Friday preferred)
  • Opportunity for additional hours and expanded responsibilities over time

Location Preference

This is a remote role. Candidates based in the Chicagoland area are preferred, particularly those familiar with the North Shore and surrounding suburbs, as we serve clients throughout the Chicagoland region.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries via email and phone (Google Voice)
  • Respond to prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and conduct 15-minute discovery calls with new clients
  • Collect and record client information using Google Sheets and internal templates
  • Schedule consultations between clients and designers
  • Maintain organized records and communication using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides)
  • Coordinate and occasionally join Zoom meetings as needed for scheduling and administrative support
  • Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and friendly communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients
  • Organized, reliable, and responsive
  • Able to check and respond to communications daily
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets) preferred
  • Prior administrative, coordination, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Access to a computer, reliable internet, and ability to use tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and Google Voice
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
  • Familiarity with Instagram or social media platforms
  • Experience assisting with social media posting or coordination
  • Interest in interior design, marketing, or creative industries

There may be opportunities for additional hours supporting social media and other administrative tasks for the right candidate.
