Front Desk Administrative Assistant
We seek an experienced administrative professional who is organized and energetic, with superb interpersonal skills for our Chicago office. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant performs administrative support functions and operations for several consulting professionals within the office as well as front‑desk operations.
What You'll Do- Front desk reception (answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries)
- Completing administrative processes (email correspondence, creating spreadsheets for tracking and allocations)
- Catering coordination and facilities management assistance
- Scheduling meetings, prep meeting rooms, and event set‑up
- Concierge for meeting rooms and manages meeting room bookings
- Supporting meetings with stakeholders from other offices
- Order, maintain and stock office and kitchen supplies
- Hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday (in‑person)
- High school diploma required; post‑secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services environment
- Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SAP and Concur desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
- Attention to detail, dependability/punctuality
- Proactive self‑starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment
- Sense of humor is appreciated
- Fluency in English
