Pay Range

Target Pay Range: $35.05–$42.84 hourly. Full Pay Range: $27.26–$50.63 hourly. Compensation decisions are based on relevant experience and qualifications. Incentives are performance‑based and vary by role.

Impact You'll Make

As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in helping senior leaders stay focused, aligned, and effective in a fast‑moving environment. You will directly support high‑impact executives by managing complex schedules, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the day‑to‑day rhythm of the business runs smoothly. Beyond administrative excellence, you will have the opportunity to expand into business coordination, logistics, and operational orchestration—growing your skills while gaining visibility into how the business operates.

Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep things moving will make you an essential partner to leadership and the broader team.

Location

To join our dynamic team, you must be a resident of WA, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. If you live in Washington state within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, you will be expected to work onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Candidates living outside of commute distance and in any approved remote work location will work remotely.

What

You'll Do
  • Executive & Calendar Management: Manage complex, high‑volume calendars for senior leaders—balancing competing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time is used effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
  • Business Coordination & Execution: Support key business initiatives and projects by coordinating deliverables, tracking actions, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners while communicating proactively and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Meeting & Event Orchestration: Plan and execute meetings and events—from logistics and travel coordination to agendas, materials, and follow‑ups—ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
  • Information & Reporting Support: Capture, summarize, and distribute meeting notes and help prepare materials and insights that support leadership decision‑making.
  • Operational Tools & Process Support: Maintain key resources like SharePoint sites, org charts, phone lists, and floor plans, ensuring information is current and accessible.
  • Vendor & Technology Monitoring: Track the performance of vendor‑supported tools, gather feedback, and contribute to recommendations that improve processes and outcomes.
  • Business Continuity Coordination: Act as a liaison for business continuity efforts, helping ensure readiness and alignment within the division.
  • Administrative & Financial Support: Manage office supplies, track expenses, and reconcile cost activities to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Growth & Expanded Responsibilities: As you build expertise, take on additional responsibilities in logistics, coordination, and broader business operations.
