Position: Part time Office Coordinator 28 hrs/week

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations and first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
  • Oversee daily office activities and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and support remote offices.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and meeting coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in office management or administration.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
