• Access payer web portals to retrieve and verify patients’ current insurance details.
• Cross‑reference insurance cards scanned into the client system to ensure data accuracy.
• Update patient accounts with the most current insurance information.
• Document all actions taken in both internal and client systems.
• Work independently from assigned work queues while meeting daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Follow client-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions.

• Prior experience in insurance verification is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
