Windsor, CA. Work from home with limited office time.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to our Windsor based financial services practice and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ financial goals.
Responsibilities- Assist financial advisor with client meetings, including preparing meeting materials, scheduling appointments, and following up on action items.
- Manage client communication, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks such as organizing client files, maintaining databases, and processing paperwork.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with other Ameriprise team members, management and support personnel as needed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Bachelor’s and/or associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; experience in Salesforce CRM a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Starting salary $26-30 per hour at 20 hours per week with bonus/increased hours contingent on training, retention and practice performance.

- Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Day shift, Monday to Friday, no nights, no weekends - Experience:
