Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to our Windsor based financial services practice and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist financial advisor with client meetings, including preparing meeting materials, scheduling appointments, and following up on action items.
  • Manage client communication, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing client files, maintaining databases, and processing paperwork.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
  • Collaborate with other Ameriprise team members, management and support personnel as needed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s and/or associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; experience in Salesforce CRM a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Benefits
  • Starting salary $26-30 per hour at 20 hours per week with bonus/increased hours contingent on training, retention and practice performance.

  • Pay: $26.09 - $30.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
  • Schedule:

    Day shift, Monday to Friday, no nights, no weekends
  • Experience:

    Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred), Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Work Location:

    Hybrid remote in Windsor, CA 95492
