THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, WORKING IN THE ATLANTA OFFICE TUE, WED AND THUR WHILE WORKING FROM HOME MONDAY AND FRIDAY.
SUMMARYThe Compliance Administrator provides critical operational support to the corporate compliance team. This role focuses on the administrative maintenance of compliance records, system user management, data tracking, and report distribution. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, possesses strong software aptitude, and ensures that the data fueling our compliance decisions is accurate, centralized, and up to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES- System & User Administration: Manage user setup, access changes, and deactivation requests for Real Page (One Site) and the corporate Learning Management System (LMS). Maintain and audit system permissions to ensure data security.
- Centralized Tracking & Log Management: Maintain and update all centralized compliance tracking systems, including compliance calendars, audit logs, inspection logs, deficiency trackers, and IRS Form 8823 timelines.
- Report Generation & Distribution: Periodically generate past-due reports, delinquency logs, and other compliance monitoring metrics from One Site. Format and distribute these reports to site personnel and Regional Managers to flag upcoming deadlines.
- Data & Workflow Maintenance: Review and process screening cancellations in One Site in accordance with company procedures. Create, update, and maintain state-specific property information sheets to ensure basic regulatory and operational data is accessible.
- Document Control: Organize and archive final, approved Tenant Income Certifications (TICs) and supporting documentation in accordance with document retention policies.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support, data entry, or coordinator role. Experience with in property management or affordable housing is a major plus but not strictly required.
- Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping; ability to spot inconsistencies in logs and trackers. - Organizational Prowess:
Ability to manage multiple administrative streams, keep digital files meticulously organized, and meet recurring administrative deadlines. - Customer Service Mindset: A helpful, collaborative approach when assisting site teams with login issues, password resets, or report requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel for data tracking) and a strong aptitude for learning proprietary database systems. Prior exposure to Real Page (One Site) is highly advantageous.
