POSITION SUMMARYThe Audit Project Manager will provide temporary support to the Audit process and is responsible for supporting the team with all audit reports, audit-related projects, audit scheduling, audit timelines, audit protocols and quarterly and annual audit reports to the DOJ and USOPC. This position is anticipated to be a four-month assignment with the possibility of extension of up to two months.
RequirementsEssential Functions
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining all audit materials and supporting resources.
- Assist the team with document editing, formatting, and distribution.
- Create, organize and maintain files for the Audit Team
- Compile and coordinate draft and final audit reports for distribution.
- Compile and coordinate corrective action closure letters for distribution.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Audit Team.
- Manage and organize the Audit Team’s project management software (Trello).
- Support the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual audit reports and presentations.
- Track audit timelines, deadlines, and required deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Work closely with the Assistant Director, Audit to create and maintain the Annual Master Audit Calendar
- Oversee and reorganize SharePoint files for the Audit Team.
- Recommend updates and make edits to Audit Team protocols and templates as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to apply APA formatting and grammar conventions accurately
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to deliver quickly and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential information

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with Trello, SharePoint, and
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in business administrative experience required
- Experience with audit software systems preferred
- Passionate about the U.S. Center for Safe Sport’s mission preferred
- Standard office equipment provided
- Office environment in multi-story, dog-friendly building
- Some night and weekend work hours Some overnight travel required
- Denver, CO - or a location deemed suitable by the Center e.g., near major airport and a state where the Center has established business operations. Current states eligible for remote work: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The starting pay range for this position is $24.35/hour - $26.49/hour and will be commensurate with background and experience.
