Centered Mind Counseling Services is seeking a friendly, organized phone receptionist and appointment scheduler to join our fully remote, full-time team serving clients across the United States.
You’ll handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts, schedule appointments, manage new patient intake, and ensure HIPAA-compliant communications. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT, with compensation between $37,440 and $41,600 per year and generous benefits for full-time staff.
