Office Administrator/ Coordinator
As Office Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day logistics of the office, including supplies, mail, vendor coordination, and visitor services, to keep the office running smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders and tracking usage.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors on maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setup and catering coordination.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional office experience.
- Support new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup and access badges.
- Assist with planning and coordinating office events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records related to office operations, vendor invoices, and service contracts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in an office support or coordination role; commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to shifting priorities.

. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
