The Associate Product Manager partners with Product Managers to shape product strategy and support the full product lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally to support customers and stakeholders, solve product challenges, and drive customer satisfaction across applications, sales, pricing, and quality.

**** What You Will Do**
* ** Drive Product Strategy**:
Understand and communicate global product strategy, partner with Marketing, and execute business plans to successfully launch and grow product lines.
* ** Manage the Product Lifecycle**:
Support products from concept through launch.
* ** Serve as a Technical Resource**:
Deliver application support, develop technical and product collateral, and train sales teams.
* ** Lead Competitive & Market Analysis**:
Analyze competitors, value propositions, market size and share, and pricing to inform strategy.
* ** Support Operations Planning**:
Contribute to pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and manufacturing cost inputs.
* ** Champion Customer Needs**:
Partner with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure solutions meet market needs.

** Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
* ** Experience**: 2-4 years in related role.
* ** Analytical Skills**:
Strong ability to analyze and interpret market data.
* ** Communication Skills**:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* ** Systems**:

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

** Compensation**:
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000- $95,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
