The Role
The Associate Vice President, National Sales leads a rapidly growing, self‑funded sales organization across the Americas, responsible for generating new business for Hyatt and driving sustained top‑line performance. This leader combines entrepreneurial vision with strategic discipline to expand Hyatt’s market presence, strengthen value for owners and operators, and position the company competitively for the future.
Strategic Vision & Market Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with enterprise commercial goals, incorporating market analysis, target segmentation, and competitive dynamics.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Small to Mid‑Market sector, with a focus on expanding market share and accelerating growth.
- Build specialization within industry verticals that propel emerging brands and priority markets.
- Regularly review fee structures to ensure competitiveness, alignment with industry standards, and clear value articulation.
