It is an exciting time at MSP, and we are seeking a people-focused Regional Relationship Director to join our Team. This role is integral to the high-level oversight of multiple Clinics and requires a people-first approach. With that in mind, you are personable and people centric.

Are you business courageous?

• Valid Driver’s License and Passport

• You have 8+ years’ experience in a leadership role

• You have 5+ experience operating in the Hospitality, Retail, Clinic, or a related industry

• You have a degree in Business, Hospitality, Aesthetics, or a related field

• You love taking risks, but you also know when to hold strong

• You let the numbers guide you, but you know that excellent service is the priority above all

• You are proficient in analyzing Profit and Loss Statements and how to control costs

• You have experience budgeting and being held accountable for budget targets

• You have an ability to optimize labor through scheduling and daily management

Responsibilities:

• Managing the successful integration of Clinic’s and supporting a positive transition

• The ongoing management of multi-unit regional clinics at a high level

• Manage the family focused relationship at the Clinic level

• Assist in the evolution of the MSP Premiere Model

• Manage the overall transition of clinics into the MSP family at both a high level and a granular level
