• Connect with clients to understand their travel style, goals, and budget
• Research premium destinations, cruise lines, resorts, and trusted travel partners
• Build customized itineraries and present curated travel options
• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and necessary documentation
• Provide attentive client support before, during, and after travel
• Engage in ongoing training and team collaboration to stay current on industry updates

• Strong communication and client service skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating online systems and digital tools
• Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Genuine interest in travel, hospitality, and customer experience
• No prior industry experience required; structured training provided
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, LATAM, or Spain
