The Senior Manager, C&S Business Operations is a role within the C&S Operations and Execution teams that is accountable for managing and executing business priorities and capital processes to deliver on business goals and improve outcomes.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely
* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Business Operations Management:
    Managing C&S operations-related priorities, requirements and processes that improve performance and ensure compliance
  • Capital Management:
    Managing day-to-day capital activities that support C&S capital development, prioritization, management and deployment. Management includes driving budget management, scope delivery and timeliness of capital investments while partnering with cross-functional teams on governance, reporting and ongoing operational discipline around capital spend and delivery
  • Business Reporting:
    Supporting the development, management and communications of reports and strategies (including the operating model) that clearly articulate priorities, plans, data and metrics aligned to business goals

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business management, operations, and/or strategy roles
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Medicaid and/or Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP) programs
  • 3+ years of experience in project and/or product management, including complex, cross functional initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate reporting, data management and/or business reporting
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, financial management and/or capital management
  • Proven strength in cross functional collaboration, influence without authority, and driving shared priorities to measurable outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced collaborator and self-starter with demonstrated success working seamlessly across multiple stakeholders to drive programs and projects in a matrix environment
  • Proven excellent problem solving, planning and decision-making skills. Accurately scopes out projects, sets goals, develops schedules and resource assignments, measures performance, and evaluates results
  • Proven solid communicator; capable of effectively presenting to different levels of leadership
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and effectuate change management and "out-of-the-box" thinking

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
