Sr Analyst Commercial Projects

Hybrid in Alsip, IL – 2-3 days onsite.

$100,000 – $135,000 per year.

Responsible for leading complex projects for the U.S. commercial team, ensuring projects move through a disciplined commercialization process aligned with Griffith Foods standards, industry benchmarks and One North America ways of working. The role focuses on business value and ROI while coordinating across functional areas.

• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource needs (human/financial).
• Lead teams, manage work streams, track KPIs, adjust plans and ensure quality.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment with clients, internal teams and partners.
• Develop contingency plans, manage financial accuracy and ensure profitability.
• Maintain project documents, status reports and progress updates for leadership and clients.
• Understand business needs, manage expectations and drive client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Food Science or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Project Management Certification such as PMP, CAPM or Microsoft Project Management Professional Certificate.
• Willingness to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
• Current unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no work visa sponsorship.

• Experience managing cross‑functional projects from concept through commercialization.
• Earned Microsoft Project Management Professional Certificate with professional usage.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food and beverage industry.
