Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex Public and Private D&O and Management Liability claims
Perform investigation, litigation management, coverage analysis, and resolution strategy
Liaise with defense and coverage counsel
Provide updates to leadership on high-value exposures
Participate in mediations and provide internal reporting and reserve recommendations

Qualifications:

JD strongly preferred
7+ years of relevant D&O or complex commercial claims experience
Attorney background in litigation and/or coverage preferred
Excellent communication, technical, and analytical skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses
