- Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, providing administrative support for efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
- Responsible for supporting receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner.
- Provides project and service support to field colleagues and supports office colleagues as needed.
- May provide support for fleet and facilities management programs.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and prioritize.
- Flexible, adaptable, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Customer service and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education:
High School/GED or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience (but not required):
- 1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data‑cable installation and/or building automation
