Job Overview
eCommerce Product Manager at Kimberly‑Clark Professional. This role drives the company’s online growth strategy for iconic brands such as Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly‑Clark Professional®.
As a key member of the eCommerce team, you will develop and execute the company’s five‑year vision, annual and strategic business plans, assortment strategy, marketplace expansion, and eCommerce playbook, while working closely with sales, category, finance, marketing, and senior leadership.
Job Responsibilities- Define and own the eCommerce five‑year vision that anticipates evolving B2B customer needs and industry trends, competitive SWOT, customer experience, and capability investments.
- Lead and develop the eCommerce Annual (1‑year) and Strategic (3‑year) Business Plans aligned to category and commercial goals for the US and Canada.
- Provide people leadership for the eCommerce Gig program to deliver short‑term growth objectives and career development opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend marketplace expansions to drive online market share gains.
- Own the eCommerce assortment strategy by defining category and SKU‑level principles, balancing customer demand, profitability, and operational constraints.
- Manage the efforts to ensure KCP products are highly ranked within search results on top‑tier distributor websites from a Site Search Optimization perspective.
- Mentor and build the capabilities of sales, finance, RGM, marketing, and category management teams to adapt their processes and long‑term priorities to eCommerce initiatives.
- Lead product‑launch gate processes for eCommerce in conjunction with product teams.
- Develop and evolve the eCommerce playbook to include readiness criteria, best‑practice identification, and detailed guidance to optimize the digital shelf.
- Partner with RGM, Consumer, and Category teams to develop and commercialize a Price‑Pack Architecture for eCommerce assortment.
- Effectively communicate eCommerce‑specific plans, solutions, and programs to customers and Kimberly‑Clark Professional senior leadership.
- Analyze current business trends and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or sales.
- Proven track record and experience in eCommerce and omnichannel business, with deep understanding of eCommerce trends, best practices, and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, high energy, consistent results, and ability to produce outcomes from complex challenges.
- Innovative and creative thinker who manages details while keeping sight of the big picture.
- Well‑organized, disciplined planner, and implementer.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient with PC and capable of developing oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets, and general correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a history of working with cross‑functional teams to drive project execution.
- Experience handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic, complex environment.
- History of working with sales, marketing teams, and large customers to drive growth initiatives.

SalarySalary Range: $127,600 – $157,600 USD (US locations only). This position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including a 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan.
LocationsPrimary location:
Roswell Building 300. Additional locations include Bellevue Sales Office, Chicago Commercial Center, Dallas World Headquarters, and Rogers Sales Office.
