Senior Relationship Manager - Core Institutional

This position is within the Coverage Core Institutional team and is responsible for acquiring new institutional clients and increasing revenue from existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Acquire new institutional clients and grow the client base.
• Identify and capture revenue opportunities with existing clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional asset owners and their consultants, primarily focusing on pensions, endowments, and foundations in the central U.S.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver investment solutions.
• Travel as required to meet clients.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of client coverage experience in the asset‑management industry.
• Strong communication skills with credibility at senior levels.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently, and highly organized.
• Experience working with institutional asset owners and their advisors.
• Knowledge of investment products, industry regulations, and investor demand.
• Holding of Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials a plus).

The salary range for this position in Chicago is $146,000 to $255,000, and compensation may include incentive components.
