Overview of the Role

The SSR Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 40‑45 small and mid‑sized clients, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction, managing proactive relationships, and identifying potential risks to ensure smooth client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning day‑to‑day client interactions and conducting systematic check‑ins at 30/60/90 day intervals.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and escalating risks to senior leadership.
  • Tracking key updates and maintaining comprehensive internal records.
  • Supporting internal coordination with Delivery and other teams.
  • Contributing to client retention and referral initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    2+ years in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or similar roles.
  • Industry: Preferably in software outsourcing or recruiting services.
  • Domain Knowledge:
    Familiarity with Software Development roles.
  • Account Management:
    Experience managing high‑volume accounts.
  • Travel:
    Availability to travel 20% of the time.
